well today I was tired and very hungry so I sliced up some snow goose breasts (about 1/4 inch) and some onions through them in a hot oily pan with some salt and pepper. I cooked it on high heat and stirred it frequently.
I thought I would just put it on here since most these recipes are so elaborate and I'm not much of a cook.
