Since most divers seem to have a "stronger" taste then puddle ducks I would suggest something with stronger herbs and spices. a favorite of mine to do with any kind of fowl is take rosemary and strip off the leaves and chop them up pretty fine and then mince some garlic and salt and pepper and rub on the out side of the breast and then pan fry in butter or olive oil. also you might want to open up a small pocket in the breast and put a small sprig of rosemary in there wile cooking and then take it out when it is done.
