Made this one today for breakfast.
2 cups Italian Bread cumbs
Venison steaks cut up in to bite sized morsels.
Put about 2" of vegetable oil in a frying pan and turn it on high, let it heat up.
Mix the bread crumbs and Emerils Essence in a large zip lock bag. Set aside.
Scramble the eggs and drop the venison morsels in it.
Stir to coat the morsels.
Take the morsels out of the eggs and drop them in a zip lock bag
Shake the heck out of it to coat the venison.
Pull the venison morsels out of the bag and gently place in the hot oil.
Cook till you think they are done enough for you.
