I was looking to make some more goose jerky and I need some hints.
So far I have sliced it nice and thin and ran it through the smoker and it was goooood!!
however I heard that you can grind it up and shoot it out of some gun and it's even better!!
I've had deer jerky made this way and I really liked it, but i didn't know if you could do it that way with goose or not?
if you can where do I get the thing that looks like a caulk gun
and how should I go about doing it?
