here is an easy 20 minute recipe

1) take top half of ducks, no wings, no legs just breast meat on the bone.
2) dash of liquid smoke (and any other marinade, Stubb's Beef was today's choice) and some slap ya mama hot (or other cajun seasoning)

the necessary ingredients
i could eat 4 of em, but i'm down to my last few here, so 2 will have to get me thru. mexican beer just happened to be the flava of the day, i live in a border state, cant help it.

3) grill skin side down on high heat til crispy brown. flip once (or twice). should take ~ 8 or 9 min total (about 1 beer) and should be bloody when you cut the meat off the bone.

i added an orphan strip of bacon, it helps you know when the duck is done.

nice and bloody.

4) add montreal steak seasoning to taste.

and everything will be right with the world, at least as long as there is another bite left.

Lunch almost every day is either venison or geese. I can finally open the freezer door without frozen meat hitting me on the toe.

I didn't freeze anything this year. ate it all as we went. we did start shooting mergies this year and drying them into dog treats, there is still some of those left. No deer this year. freezer is empty exept for the wings I keep for training the dog, sometimes I get the wings out and...oh never mind you might think I'm some kind of pervert

I have 0 game left in the freezer. This chicken, beef, pork rotation is getting old real fast.

Me and my browning got through 500 rds of hand thrown clay last weekend. Me, my gun and my bbq are all warmed up!!

Good looking meal there too.gj.
