here is an easy 20 minute recipe
1) take top half of ducks, no wings, no legs just breast meat on the bone.
2) dash of liquid smoke (and any other marinade, Stubb's Beef was today's choice) and some slap ya mama hot (or other cajun seasoning)

i could eat 4 of em, but i'm down to my last few here, so 2 will have to get me thru. mexican beer just happened to be the flava of the day, i live in a border state, cant help it.
3) grill skin side down on high heat til crispy brown. flip once (or twice). should take ~ 8 or 9 min total (about 1 beer) and should be bloody when you cut the meat off the bone.
i added an orphan strip of bacon, it helps you know when the duck is done.
nice and bloody.
4) add montreal steak seasoning to taste.
and everything will be right with the world, at least as long as there is another bite left.
