Need some recipes and tips to grillin up some good duck and goose

still havent found that perfect duck recipe to make them not dry, but for geese (and any leftover ducks at the end of the season) i let the meat soak in salt water for a day or two, making sure to drain and resoak them regularly. then put them in the slow cooker whole. dump a bottle of your favorite bbq sause on them, fill that bottle up with water and dump that on them again. mix it around a bit, then set it on low for 7-8hours. once done, take them out and pull them. REALLY good food and easy to make.
