hey i was looking for new ways to marinade my waterfowl do you know of any good ingredients to marinade with. let me know, thanks
if they fly they die!!

90% of the time i cook my duck, i soak it in salt water for couple hours then i take it out and wash it off then soak it in Italian dressing for 5-6 hours, put cream cheese and jalapeno in middle, wrap in bacon and throw on the grill. my favorite way to cook it

Ginger Ale for 24 hrs...then season, wrap the breast with bacon throw it on the grill brushed with your favorite bbq sauce. Cook to medium.

Marinate them in buttermilk, salt, pepper, worchestershire sauce, a dash of hot sauce and a little garlic.
