We want to try making duck jerky for the grandson since he loves jerky, anyone have a good recipe for doing this. Most of what we have is gadwall but some mallard too. I am saving the teal for the grill.
Lots of guys here on DHC make jerky. Do a search on the recipe page and they should come up. One tip-make sure ALL the fat is removed or the fat could go rancid after drying and storing.
