Ok for all you goose junkies out there here's an awesome recipe I figured out one night last winter and from there it got better.
Goose Breast's cut into cubes
Kikkoman teryaki marinade
Texas pete's hot sauce
Crushed red pepper
take breasts put in container or ziplock bag big enough to hold them, pour teryaki worchestershire sauce and a few splashes of hot sauce over it sprinke red pepper and close bag put in refrigerator let sit for about 8 hours or as long as you want
then add bacon and goose cubes to skewers grill medium then sprinkle parmesan cheese over entire kabob.. enjoy with a good quality Beer.. good luck
