Alligator Recipe

I got some wild gator meat and wanted to fry it. I have had it in resturants and its great but will wild gator be tough? And how bought some deep frying recipes

mmmmm....delicious! It's fine to fry it depends on what cut you have just like beef, top round, bottom round, petite, rib eye, et...anyways what I found best is to slice the meat into strips and season with your favorite ingredients saute some ginger, garlic and onions then toss the meat in cook the meat until brown then deglaze the pan with 3/4 cup of favorite wine reduce heat to low add some bell peppers and potatoes or any other veggies you desire...simmer for 30 mins and drink with your favorite beer sorry if I lost you, I'm not that great at giving directions with recipes but better at just doing it
