Goose Appetizer

Postby HuntersDad » Mon Nov 03, 2008 12:35 pm

I have some people coming over Sunday for my daughters 2nd birthday. I have 2 canadian goose breasts from this year and would like to put together a little snack with them.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Pound them out to about 1\2 inch thick, cut them into strips then soak them in sprite for about 4-5 hours. Bread them and deep fry to med. Dip in what ever you like. Buffalo style is a fan favorite when ice fishing.
