duck & broccoli chinese style

I just made this up since my wife is gone (doesn't eat duck) and i had a couple of ducks left in the freezer.
I had a gadwall and ringneck to give you an idea of the quantity.
there's a lot of writing here, but it was really simple.

cut the breast into small stir fry size cubes.
crush or mince one clove of garlic and rub it into the meat.
sprinkle ginger and a dry barbeque rub onto the meat and mix it all together with your hands.
put in a bowl and cover with soy sauce. and a tablespoon of lemon juice.
put in fridge for an hour
mix meat around in soy sauce put back in fridge for another hour.
heat a little olive oil in a pan, remove meat from marinade and cook in pan. on medium heat this took about 10-15 minutes (i think)
remove meat, set heat to low and put about 3/4-1 cup of water in the pan and slowly mix in about a tablepoon or two of flour.when flour has dissolved add soy sauce while mixing until color looks good, i might have added 1-2 tablespoons. keep stiring while heat is really low until consistency seems good. when mixing this "gravy", heat has to be low.
i served on a plate of rice with broccoli. add the sauce at the end.
this was really good. soy sauce flavor was a tad strong, but i like that. i think if you let it soak longer the soy sauce flavor is not as storng.
