I was just wondering how long breasted duck meat lasts in my fridge.

Will probably keep for a few days, but you'll want to move it to the freezer before too long.

I normally just freeze mine the day I kill it unless I decide to cook it that night or the next night.
It's a fact that 70 percent of the people who purchase heavier tackle do so with the categorical I just lost a huge snook! Einstein Hairdo. The other 30 percent have either Tarpon Fever or are sporting a hand cramped into a claw from a deepwater grouper.

The butcher who makes my goose sausage said whole goose bests should last up to 2 weeks in the fridge in sealed bags.
I have no problems with duck and goose meat that was in the fridge for a week. I will brine it for a few days but I have let it go for 5 days with out a problem. I know Deer hunters that dry age there meat for 2 to 3 weeks in a fridge.

Steroid and antibiotic riddled "fresh not frozen" turkeys at the supermarket hit the shelves "fresh" at about 3 weeks from processing.
