how does everyone freeze duck meat? specifically breasted out. ive seen it done with just the breast in a bag, squeeze the air out and toss it in the freezer, but the way ive always done it is to fill the bag with enough water to cover the meat and freeze it that way. is one better than the other?

I was always told to use the water to help the meat keep from freezer burn. I do it like you do unless I put a whole bird in that is going to the Taxidermist, then I don't use water.
