It seems that there are alot of non-duck grillers in here. Allow me to impart my culinary expertise.
Take two ducks and breast em'. Clip the wings for your dog and save the tail feathers for your cap.
Pound the breasts with a mallet like they did something to your mother.
Marinade breats overnight in any Allegro product...I like the hot stuff.
Take breast out and lay one slice of pepper-jack and one slice of green or red pepper, fold over, wrap in bacon, secure with tooth-picks and grill on medium heat. You want to go for rare to medium rare....around 5 to 6 minutes per side. If you over-cook to well done take out the tooth-picks and give it to yer dog.
I think I got this recipe in here, but here goes. Hands down the easiest.
Toss two goose breast in a crock-pot, one can of coke and one can of cream of mushroom soup. Do this in the morning and it will be prime when you get home from work. Serve on a bed of rice. Edible goose, believe it or not.
