ducks in the freezer

Postby agengo02 » Tue Dec 02, 2008 10:54 pm

off a tip from a friend i have been breasting out my ducks, then freezing the carcasses (outside in the beer fridge) in plastic grocery bags until garbage day. then the night before stick them in the trash, that way they wont stink up my garbage waiting for trash day. so i got to thinking, since i only breasted them out is the meat on the legs still good? i wrapped them in 2 plastic grocery bags and they have been in the freezer since i breasted them out on friday nov 21st. (i was out of town last week and my stupid ass brother didnt put the trash on the road so they are still in the freezer.)

im sure its bad, but just wanting to confirm it with yall.
