Here's what you need to do.
Pluck the whole teal and prepare them for cooking by seasoning them the way you like.
Put enough vegetable oil to wet the bottom of your pot.
When your pot is hot, put in your seasoned teal, breast down.
Brown the ducks, moving them around every few minutes, until they aredark brown all over.
Take the ducks out and pour in chopped onions, peppers, garlic, etc.
When the veggies are browned put the teal back in and put enouigh water where the ducks are almost covered.
Cook all of the water out and add some more until your gravy is thick and the ducks are tender.
