we got 3 honkers this morning and was wondering whats the best way to cook them

slice em up into chicken strip sizes. dip in milk or beer, then roll in flour, salt pepper, fry in 2" of veg or peanut oil. Peanut is best. have a little soy sauce to dip, i like mustard. enjoy!

we found a maranade in the grocery it was sesame and ginger
cut your breast into 2x2 pieces soak in salt water first night
maranade next night grill on open fire :thumbsup:
