I am not much of a chef, but I saved my duck legs all year to make Buffalo Duck Legs for Super Bowl Sunday. I have been trying new things everytime I make duck breasts, to find a good recipe for the legs and I came up with something pretty good.
Thaw out as much duck as you want for your meal.
Leave in the bag that it was frozen in and add soy sauce, use enough to cover all meat.
After you add the soy sauce add a pinch of crushed red pepper and a pinch of ground black pepper.
Let the meat soak in this for 24 hrs. and its ready to go.
Take the meat out and before putting it on, cover it with Frank's Red Hot Sauce.
I make mine in a Foreman Grill. This is a very simple way to make what I think is a great meal. Enjoy.
