Hey - last year we shot a lot of spoonies (for our dog to keep from being too bored on slow days) and took our breasts to a butcher who makes "snack stix" out of them - YUMMY!! We want to try it ourselves next year...anyone got the scoop on the how to? Thanks!

It is ground meat stuffed into a small casing. (ends up looking like a big "slim-jim" stick)
Had a friend in Kansas that made some out the geese we killed one morning. His was GREAT!!!
Have no idea how to do it or what kind of spices he put in it though.
