2 goose breast.
Salad Shrimp. (as much as you'd like)
2 Garlic Cloves.
Zattarans Jumbalya Mix.
Cut goose into small strips. Season to taste. Fry in pan with 4 TBSP oil and butter. Add minced garlic. Cook to you liking. Strain out excess liquids. You will pull out a lot of water doing it this way so I just strain it.
Mix in goose with Zattarans and shrimp. Boil for 25 minutes (helps tender up the goose too) and bam.
Very easy and fast to cook. Took about 35 minutes total.
Tastes oh so good.
