Anyone ever tried making Turkey Jerky????

I made some out of ground turkey. It wasn't as good as venison, but not bad.

I used a "jerky shooter" to make the strips and the pre-packaged cures from Nesco.

Give it a try. :thumbsup:

I'll let you know soon. I have some curing in the fridge right now. I'll prob put it in the dehydrator this afternoon.
