what is the best way to deep fry a duck????? and is it good?

I have deep fried duck and goose nuggets. Is that what your talkin about? Or frying it like a whole turkey?

yea, like a turkey. ive never thought about doing it with a goose.

yeah you can for sure deep fry a whole duck. you mean in like a turkey fryer right? its takes a turkey about 30 mins to cook in one of those fryers, so for a duck i would check the temp and crispiness after maybe 15 mins. If the fryer is on 350 degrees i would check the duck for about 140 degrees, serve that with some apple stuffing and some baby reds. mm mm you got yourself a hell of a meal. :drool: couple beers to top it off. let me know when you make it you might have guests.
