Motor Value Help Needed!

Postby Blaster » Sun Nov 27, 2005 12:08 am

My grandfather recently passed away and I am in charge of his estate. He has a few different outboard motors but I am curioius if anyone know what a 2004 35 hp Yamaha motor with a tiller handle is worth now. It hasn't been used much at all, and it is in excellent condition. He also has a 2005 Mercury 25 hp electric start. Any ideas what that is worth as well?

Thanks for your help.

Check www.nada.com. you will need your model number. This will give you an average idea as to what it might be worth.

Okie_Duck ... had the right idea ...but I found I couldn't open his link ???

"Blaster" ... try this link below ...
This link will give you a used value on boats , trailers, and outboard engines.

The layout of the used motor guide is deceiving the way it was designed. When you look at the title heading above each alphabet ... use the second line of A,B,C's ..... that one is for outboard motors.
