looks great man. I have all the hardware for mine, now i just need to get a sunday to build it before the season comes into full swing

Where do you find bimini connections to fit 3/4 conduit? I bought 3/4 bimini connections but the 3/4 conduit will not fit in them. Seems like you need about 1" connections but they do not sell that at west marine.

you need to bore it out a bit with a dremel or a lathe. that is how i did mine. just take a little off at a time.

That will work. We took a propane heat gun and heated up the EMT. The EMT will get really hot and melt the bimini harware as it goes in. I used some welding gloves, and held the hardware to the EMT for a minute and when it cooled it pretty much "welded" itself. It didnt look the prettiest, but it held exceptionally well.

Unfortunately next yr you will probably buy a diff boat, and then start all over again. Don't ask how I know. Looks good and should get some ducks killed.
