What kind and size motor are you looking to put on it, and did it come painted camo? Well congrat's on the new boat! :salude: Oh by the way are you planning to have a blind on it?

paint a base coat of 1 foot wide strips in brown, Tan and green all down the sides and let dry. then get some cattails, brush, ect and bunch it up natural looking. then hold it to the side of the boat and spray over it w/ black leaving an out line of cattails, ect.

How i did my boat anyways

oh- dont forgat the motor or any shiny acc.

Congrats on your new project.

When I got mine I paid $250.00 for a 1440 Monark with a foot controlled trolling motor and a messed up 15 Johnson. The thing had been sitting for a couple of years in the weather. I bought a trailer, painted, installed removable floors, hydroturfed, and built a custom blind (which I am always changing). Had the motor rebuilt for $759.48.

Total cost around $1500.00

The feeling I got the first time I took it out, called the ducks in, and the never saw the boat or the blind.....

PRICELESS

Girlfriend came close to leaving me though. After the boat worked so well I stayed in it for a week and a half straight.
