Antique layout boat

Postby JamesE » Mon Nov 08, 2004 8:00 pm

I found an Antique layout boat in a barn the other day. Does anyone know what they are worth?--If anything. I would attach a picture but I don't know how.

It is about 15 ft. long and 4 ft. wide. A wood strip boat with ribs on the inside. It is half covered and maybe 10 in deep.

Thanks,[/img]

you could probly find one of the websites that make layout boats and call and ask them.if you send them pics they could probly figure out what kind it is. and if its worth anything.

Post some pics up if ya can. I may be able to I.D. it for you. Is it a true layout boat? Or is it a scull boat or sneak boat. Do you have any idea where the boat may be from?
