Johnson 25 hp value.

Postby brock2013 » Mon Sep 23, 2013 10:13 am

I have a 1982 Johnson 25 hp 2 stroke that I am trying to sell but have no idea of the value. It is electric start and runs great. I have the title also. What would be a reasonable price to ask?

Motor seems to be 1992 not 1982.

good question. it all depends on what you have into it. I have a 80's johnson 40hp that i got in not working condition for 250$ and put 300$ into it and its great motor.

If you were in the seattle area it would got for 600-1k if it ran well. It looks very clean for it's age.

should be worth 600 if it is a short shaft. If it is it looks super clean and may be able to get more for it, other then the camo on it might throw some people off.
