Fixing carbon fiber boats

I have a carsten puddler and have a couple deep scrathes on the bottem and the tip of the boat is there any way to fix this?

Those are made of fiberglass, not carbon fiber. Look up fiberglass repair. They are plenty fixable.

Since you don't know for sure what it is made of - you can put epoxy resin into the scratches OR maybe fill them with epoxy and put a FG patch over it???

Easy enough to do - sand it down a bit, then just paint the epoxy on there, lay a piece of FG over it and once it turns clear, you done! Sand drips and such - then paint with resin again, doubly done. Easy Peasy.

I was wanting to meet the person with a carbon fiber duck boat.

I am in the process of reinforcing my Momarsh DP with a Kevlar bottom. Material cost me less than $200. I felt that carbon fiber would be too brittle and Kevlar would provide better puncture resistance and flexibility. I'll post some pics.
