Welcome to the DHC,I suggest you ask some of the members of the Maine and New Hampshire forums for advice.Quite a few scullers there.
Sculling Oar and DLHO come to mind. Both gents seem very knowledgable on the sculling boat subject.
My lab is still the best hunting partner there is.

Here are some commercially available plans for a Merrymeeting style boat.

Look for posts from Bubba1 on this board as he has lots of photos of building this model.

You could also look at Devlin Boats. There are plans available there for a 2 man scull. Stitch and Glue design. I just bought the Sandy Point boatworks plans for a Merrymeeting Bay Float. Not sure when or if I'll be getting to it this winter.

I wouldn't go with the Sandpoints plans. I was going to, but somebody told me to steer clear of them. A fine all around hunting boat, but not easiest sculling boat. Go on the sculling forum and ask for suggestions.
