Excel 1754 blind build.

Postby FFT » Mon Nov 11, 2013 8:18 pm

After making several mistakes I tried my hardest to get this, one right. It's 3/4 galvanized awning gear fitted with some sailboat slides. Mostly pics, not a lot of explanation. If you have any questions please feel free. I will update.

Looking good John. Did you get out for the early NJ split?

How's that Draht of yours?

Shot a few birds and the dog is having a blast. In fact, I've been shooting so few birds he thinks we just hang out there for fun!

Nice ride! Can't wait to see it finished. Hopefully more birds have rode this cold front down.

John-

Looks great. Who did your "canvas" work?

With some grass on there you guys will easily fade away. Nice leaving access to the front deck so the pup can get out and off the boat easier. Shouldn't have any problem marking birds either.
