CAMO BOAT PAINTING AROUND KC, MO

Postby elkmo » Tue Jan 14, 2014 7:58 pm

Looking for anyone who does camo painting around the KC area. I did talk with Metro Camo, in Arkansas, sounds great but probably to far for 2 round trips. I've got a 2010 1886 Polar Kraft so not up to doing diy.

Thanks

I have done two boats now with a couple buddy's. My boat is a 2014 1860 polar kraft and the buddy has an older tracker. Its not as bad as you think really. All you need are some stencils, and flat paint I used krylon in brown boots some kind of sand satin green I think. Then go over the whole boat in a mist of yellow and black. It really made it pop after that.

Here's some photos and no we didn't have any saw horses. We did mine on the trailer.
