G3 1652 VBW and Lowe RX 1650

Postby OneTime » Mon Jan 20, 2014 8:15 pm

Looking into getting my first duck boat. Pretty much have my mind made up on the express hd16db but I wanted to know if anyone has experience with either the G3 or the Lowe?

Thanks

No first hand experience, but after research I ordered a 1652 vbw. Heard the quality is better than the lowe.

If you don't mind me asking, how much was your entire setup with the G3?

1652 VBW with the camo option was $3500 or $3600. I purchased a new f40 yamaha from him as well, but it wasn't a package deal. The only thing I liked about the specs of the Lowe is the accessory channel that runs on the gunnel. I've heard nothing but really solid things about the G3. Lifetime Hull warranty with the G3 as well, which is a big plus.

2 inches on the bottom isn't much, but the G3 is wider, which I liked.
