Ok, So I have a pair of deer antler that I want to make something out of to give as a gift to a family member. Basically, does anyone have any good ideas on what I can make with these.
He doesnt have a nice set of rattling antlers so I thought about that, but that is pretty basic. I also thought about making bookends with them but I just am not sure.
Thanks for any help.

I would go to www.kingranchsaddleshop.com
and see if there is anything that you could model after. They always do creative stuff with antlers. I would suggest looking at the bottle opener they make using deer horn.

A nice wine bottle rack for a single bottle leaning at a 45 degree angle looks great in the middle of a dining room table.
Hey, did you grab the blind bag with the shells when we left the truck?
Safetys, use them: If you can see red, you can get dead!
