Postby ncswamphuntin90 » Sun Sep 29, 2013 4:36 pm

So over the past week I completed three mounts and gained a lot of valuable knowledge and experience. I've got a few more birds I'm going to work on to continue to gain the experience and skills but thought id post these for y'all to look at and give advice on. take it easy on me these are a few of my first.

I can't tell on the second bird because of angle ,but the harli's leg looks like it bends the wrong way to compensate for it setting too far back on the body. Clean looking ,nice paint on mandarin, flying oldsquaw looks good.

Thanks yea looking at the picture and the bird I see what you mean I believe the wire knocked the joint out a little far to make it look like that. Thanks for the constructive criticism it nice to let someone look and then you see what they see. I'm fixing to work on pair of wood ducks on a wood duck box with the drake woodie being a banded bird

The mandarin is awesome. Did you shoot that here in nc? My buddy and I have started doing a few as well. Mainly for intertainment. Not the most professional work but for two simple southern boys I'm not to mad at it. The red head was my first attempt. ImageImageImageImageImageImageImage
