Bird in freezer has a little ice on it, still ok?

Just checked on the bird in the freezer and it has a small amount of frost around the head. Is this ok? If not should I take it out and dry the area?

Pretty normal, and water or ice is not a problem. If it is a frost free freezer though, it could be sucking the moisture from your bird. Put it in two freezer bags. Squeeze the air out, and it should be fine for a year. In my opinion, I think it is best to get it to your taxidermist as soon as possible.
