Not a Blue Phase Ross' as Ross' Geese doesn't have a hooked upper mandible. No where close to a Blue Phase. The feet and bill still being pinkish obviously suggest it's a Snow/Blue hybrid of some sort. Quite possibly with a small Canada as evident from the black dominated neck but the feet shouldn't be that pink. The tail and upper tail coverts also suggest Canada in the mix. Short-grass Canadas do nest in some of the same areas as Snows.

Yeah it has black at the base of the neck and its tail end looks like it was taken straight off a canada goose. Not small enough to be a ross

Emperor x White front crossed with a brant and then migrated to Hawaii and joined a flock of NeNe's and bred in with them and then left and crossed the Pacific, along the way he was stopped by a Quill lake canada and they spent the winter on the coast of california and then made it to windsor colorado and was shot.
