My buddy is putting this bird together for me this week. This is the pose I chose, what do you guys think?

I like the pose my last mallard was in that same pose... Now just waiting for my snow goose to be finished at the taxidermist

Thanks! I got that ross and 2 blues done from this season. Shane Smith should be painting the blue next week. Of all the white geese I shot I didnt save a nice actual snow. I guess Ill get one for the wall next season.

I've only ever shot 2 snows... Both this season... First was a nice full mature heading south that I shot while standing in my yard... Then the second I shot as they were headed north standing in my parents yard...Lol I'm more of a snow goose opportunist still wanting a nice blue goose

hahaha buddy I am an opportunist as well! That Ross I shot here locally in GA which is a fluke. I watched him a few days with some canadas until he got into a spot that I could put a sneak on him. That weekend we ended up shooting 2 more
