snow goose silosocks

Postby ILWaterfowler » Fri Jan 27, 2006 7:38 am

I am considering grabbing some snow goose silosocks since the conservation season will be in in southern Illinois on Feb. 1, and it is already in in central Illinois. What I was wondering is, does it matter which silosocks I get from nodakoutdoors? By that, I mean does it matter if I get detailed silosocks, or can I get the ones that are just solid white and expect little to no difference from the more detailed. I was thinking about gettting some of these and then get some rags or something, get atleast a little bit of a spread started.

The idea of the econo socks is that you will add stencil type of details, paint the bill/eye.
