Homemade snow silos

Postby REM1100 » Sat Jul 02, 2011 1:56 am

I will be using 120 homemade snow silos made from coraplast (election signs). Some will be feeders, blues, loafers, sentries and some fliers some will have a two dimension look with slotted bodies and wings. I have sold m 4 dz shells and the texas rags got trampled by black angus cattle a couple of years ago. I have limited space in my suv. I plan in pulling in maybe 4-5 flocks into shooting range early in the morning. Will using only silos in a spread work? I can post some pics tomorrow.

Just need a few finishing touches in painting and sharpening the stakes
Here are the pictures of this fall's lineup I am going to mix the lessors in with the snow setup as they eat together in the same field

Any opinion on adding another 200 DIY silhouettes. i have the man power and supplies i just dont want to do all the work if someone knows from experience tht its a bad idea.
