Snow goose fullbody.

Postby ndfowler17 » Sun Oct 30, 2011 7:18 pm

I'd like to slowly start adding fullbody snows with canadas, but I'm wondering which brand of deeks is best for the price and their durability. Thanks in advance...

I've tossed this back and forth also. One of the issues seems to be attached heads vs detachable heads. If the attached head decoys break there is nothing you can do, while you can get replacements for the detachable heads but from what I have heard it is the body connection that breaks. It seems a lot of guys glue and screw the detachable heads anyway. I don't know about durability but I'm leaning toward the Dakotas, Tanglefree or Rodgers partially because I want to buy a 1/2 doz ant a time and like that they are a mix of feeders and uprights.
