Snow goose Spread?

Postby mallardhunter » Mon Feb 07, 2005 6:20 pm

Can you guys give me some tips on setting up my spread. I usualy set it up in a "U" shape or a diamond shape. I have 2doz windsocks I am getting 2doz more, then I have about 6shells and the rest are about 200 texas rags. I plan on hunting them in a field this spring. Give me some advice, thanks :salude:

I suggest that you try to replicate what you see in the fields of smaller flocks. I'd put the main body as the rags, and scatter along the outer edges the socks and shells. DO you have any Blues--I highly suggest blues being mixed in.
