I got a call from a customer of mine, reporting a big flock of Snow geese on a local lake, in PA. My son and I went to check it out, thinking that we could set up on the shore at sunrise and pass shoot them when they left the water. I got the the open water and saw a large number of white birds, 500-1000 at least, but the sounded funny. Got the binoculars out and realize, they were NOT snow geese, but Whistling Swans! I have never seen so many in one place, nothing even close to that. I am glad we scouted it. eGrant
