Difference between the Zink Goose Calls

Postby zeus50 » Fri Nov 04, 2011 7:39 am

What's the difference between the Money Maker, Naughty by Nature, Nightmare on Stage, and Call of Death?

Reason I ask, is my friend has a MM, and i like it. But i haven't had a chance to blow any of the other calls.

Do some take more air/less air? Better range? high/lower pitch?

Kind of on topic, but what does the difference in the end of the call make? I see the Money maker is more open, where the others aren't as open. What does that do?

My hunting partner has the NOS or Nightmare On Stage. It is EXTREMELY easy to blow and requires hardly any air at all. I run nothing but Gander Valley calls but if Gander Valley didn't exist I'd use Zink. I just can't justify spending another $40-$50 for a Zink when I can get a GVCC call in acrylic for $110

I've only tried the COD and that call was awesome. Very great low end to that call. Overall it is a deeper call with excellent tones.
