I recently purchased the Gander Valley Powerhouse before the season started and love the call so far. It's the only one I've been using this season. Its got great range and does a nice job when they're closing. I don't think you will be disappointed if you purchase from Gander Valley!

The PCS is one of my go to calls while hunting pressured birds. It fit my hands like a glove, and the range is flat awesome. If you find one used I say pull the trigger and call the guys at GVCC so you can send it in for a free retune. The call beat out a traffic and that was my go to call . Good luck!

I got the Powerhouse as well at the beginning of the season and have loved it. It can make all the sounds I need and is pretty easy to run after I practiced a little. We do not directly hunt geese but a couple times a year, but we do kill a bunch of them while duck hunting so this call has been a big pickup for me getting them to come close. Had around 100 work a field we were hunting back in September and eventually got them feet down in the dekes! I believe the PCS maybe a little more responsive and a little louder in volumn but over all, I dont think you can go wrong.

The PCS is a great all around call. Crisp solid crack to the notes and very easy to run. It gets very soft and the transition between the two is very smooth and easy to run. I think you will be more than happy with your choice. The guys at Gander Valley have a nice line up of goose calls.
