i need help on the split note and the train if anybody has some suggestions please let me know

The train is basically a long drawn out spit note that gets higher in pitch.

I choke down on the call and say stuuu for the spit , and the quick spit.

It is easier to do with some calls than others. It is basically a spit-note, but it doesn't break clean. It is a note that is half-way between a moan and a honk. It is kinda of a raspy spit-note. Try a little more back pressure and opening the inside of your mouth a little bit more than on the spit note. It also may help if you blow a little bit harder than usual to get it at first.
