Anyone used DRC calls?

Postby rebelp74 » Wed Dec 19, 2012 11:37 pm

Been thinking about a DRC MOD goose call wondering if anyone has used them and what do you think about them?

Don't know anything about the MOD, but have run the Short Drop and it's a sweet call. I just wish we could get some more info from them as far as their calls go :help: :help:

The MOD is by far the best goose call I have blown. It has an outstanding range and awesome low-end. Very easy to control and is quick. I understand why it is Corey's comp call now.

The Inmate I have is a first run and I am not too fond of it. It sounds flat, but it came with black guts not the Saunders Reds. However, I threw some GK Orange BIGs in it and it runs great. Not too good of a crack, but an exceptional low end and great for non windy days.

The MOD is a pretty sweet call. I don't own one, but have a few buddies with them. Great top end, haven't tested out its low end yet. I own all the DRC goose calls except the MOD so far, budget won't allow it yet. Very fast call, nice goosey tone.

I ended up getting the mod with a blue pearl barrel and lime green pearl insert, thanks for advice and input.
