Mr. Big II

Postby spit note » Sun Feb 24, 2013 8:34 am

I'm looking for some reviews or opinions on The Mr. Big II.Is it worth the money? I have a Big Kahuna and am not real impressed with it.

Just don't like the way it runs.I have been a Grounds fan for years and was looking for something different and real "goosey"that's what lead me towards the Mr. Big II.Just don't like the Big Kahuna.Probably gonna sell it.

Ground's calls are awesome, only got one, triple crown, but liked all the ones I have tried.

The orginal Mr.Big is a very nice call, I regret getting rid of it...So I am curious to know how it compares to the Mr.Big 2.

Supposed to be quieter and sound exactly like a goose. I have talked to a couple of the staffers and they say its so quiet that they really don't use it unless its dead calm and the geese are right on top of you.

It is quieter. The reed is so thin you will think he messed up and put a duck call reed in it. Runs GREAT though. VERY easy blowing due to the thin reed, and VERY goosey.

It's actually a pretty loud call. Not a competition call by any means. I used it in 40mph winds and we killed a limit. They could hear it.

I finally bought one.It will get pretty loud, and it is real goosey.Probably the best sounding call I have on the low end.

Yeah the low end is where this call is really dominant.

Let me reiterate... it is not a quiet call... just quieter imo than it's predecessor...
