I would go with the Little Man from Zink Calls. It's by far one the most all around calls. Out in my neck of the woods we kill the big, little and the small geese, and the LM-1 works great for them all.

The ShoreThing by John Taylor. You can check out this call at Bay Country Calls. Great call and the service was great. I have alot of calls by Zink, Foiles, and most of the other big call makers. The only thing that is even close in my mind is the Moneymaker.

I have about 20 of the best goose calls on the market in my call bag. Every time I get one I think they are the best call out there, then I get another one.

My suggestion is to run a few calls and see what you like best. I've said it before., everyone likes different calls for different reasons.

Pick what you are comfortable with and go from there, and that will help you kill more geese than going with a call for the name.

There are quite a few good ones out there and it would certainly depend on where you are hunting as to "The Best." If you have not bought one yet, take a look at this guys calls. He is a friend of mine, but he makes some really nice sounding calls . . . http://www.waterfowlcallsbygoose.com/

YEP!

Go to Sportsman's Warehouse and test drive as many as you can. I used the RNT Dirty Bird all last year and did pretty well, but I just picked up the Zink SR-1 and it is sweet.

Can't go wrong with harvey's advice. My personal favorites are Zinc Money Maker, Foiles SMH, and Winglock Longneck. Not in that particular order.

Sean Mann - Eastern Shoremen is the best call I have ever had. It has the perfect sound and is easy to blow. My 10 year old used to call in the blind with it before he was old enough to hunt. It is expensive at almost $200, but you get your money worth.

The RNt G2 is nice but look at the acrylic that is now put out by Buck Gardner it is designed Shawn Stahl, and it comes in a long barrell as well as a short barrell. I am getting one.

i'm with everyone else. the best call is the one that you can blow the best. for example, i cannot for the life of me blow a foiles, grounds, or zink goose call. i made a fool of myself proving that fact in sportsman's while i was checking out to see if i needed a new call. so for me, none of those are worth the $100+ that they are asking for them. for someone else, they may be the best call ever. i do however really enjoy blowing my call from wingit calls. i have no problem blowing that thing in public, however casey cannot make it sound anything like a goose. it all depends on what you are used to i guess
