Browning Hammerdown Acrylic

Postby quackerwhacker » Tue Aug 07, 2007 5:51 pm

I am considering buying a Browning Hammerdown Acrylic Havoc or Fatty. I was jsuwt wondering if anyone on here owns this call and could give me some details to what it blows like. My buddy has a Zink Paralyzer, it doesn't take much air to blow, I like that. Any feedback in the next 12 hours would be great.

I've got one. Had it since last year. It never made it into the blind last year,, but I have been working with it a little lately. For me its not the easiest call to blow,, but when you do get it right,, it sounds great. I've got the Darrel Wise signature,, make me an offer?

Ya that's my problem with short reed calls there seems to be a lot of variation in how easy they are to blow. I have a foiles meatgrinder I like quite a bit, but after blowing the paralyzer I realize the higher end calls do perform better. I just don't wanna shell out $130 right now. I will most likely just have to wait and blow the calls before I make any purchases. Thanks for you input.
